Ross Law | Ross Title consists of three core families and friends that have worked and laughed together for more than thirty (30) years. Originally started by Donald K. Ross, Jr. and managed by Janet Nickerson, and now operated by Christian Ross and Julie Ryon, we now enjoy the second and third generation families at the company.

CHRISTIAN ROSS
Christian Ross, owner and President of Ross Law | Ross Title, has built a reputation as a top problem-solver for his Clients, Realtors, and Lenders alike. A licensed Attorney in both Georgia and Florida, Christian graduated cum laude from University of Miami (B.B.A.) and Florida State University College of Law. Christian focuses his practice advising parties regarding residential and commercial closings, contract disputes and strategies, tax implications (including FIRPTA, 1031 exchanges, and self-directed IRAs), drafting and interpreting partnership agreements and entity formations, creating loan agreements, and advising on complex title issues and fraud.
Christian has a strong passion for teaching others and frequently shares his lessons on both video and audio platforms, including podcasts. Many of his classes can be found on his YouTube channel. Christian enjoys sharing his expertise and past experiences by speaking to Realtor Associations throughout the Southeast and is a regular guest in sales meetings, trainings, and seminars.
DONALD K ROSS, JR.
Donald K. Ross, Jr. (“Don”), founder and Vice President of Ross Law | Ross Title, has been an attorney specializing in residential real estate for over thirty (30) years. Originally from Massachusetts, Don graduated from Boston College with his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Don and his wife raised four (4) children in Southwest Florida and grew to call this area home, fully enjoying the time they now have with their children and grandchildren. Don has advised clients on over 20,000 residential real estate transactions over the past 30 years and has extensive experience advising clients on complex legal issues such as Taxes and Litigation.
